              On the 2 ^nd of  November there was held  a poetry evening “Zhyr tungan zhurek” under the supervision of the regional center of culture and folk art of  Shymkent. A fourth year students of philological faculty took an active part in the event. As a result, a 4^th  year student Nurken Nurgazy received grand prix, a 1^st  year student Nurtay  Bekzat  took   first place for his oratory talent.
