Methodical Consulting Center Inter Press supported by the publishing house «Pearson Education» 24 November 2015 held a training course on "The use of modern teaching methods and the latest teaching resources in the teaching of English" for English language teachers in Shymkent. The teaching staff of the Department of English Linguistics attended and has been certified. The lecturer was an international teacher trainer and academic consultant of Pearson publish house, Robert Dean.
