On November 5-8, 2016 Kazakhstan taekwondo championship (WTF) among men and women was held by the Committee of Sport and Physical Education of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty.

A student of group Phi-15-2R of philological faculty Abdihalyk Aidana took a part and succeeded in winning the 3rd place in the weight category of 46 kg.

Teachers and students of the faculty congratulate Aidana and wish her to achieve higher results in the future.
