On November 1, 2016 candidate of philological sciences, associate professor A. A. Dzhunisova held an open lecture on the theme “Literature of ancient feudal state” with the group Phi-15-8R in the lecture hall 210, building #8 of University. (Second half of the XI-XII centuries).
During the lesson students were given information about the oratorical prose of ancient Russia, including ways of adding chronicles, the main ideas and themes of the legends of ancient people in XI-XII centuries.
Students were also acquainted with the first Russian political treatise “Word about Law and Grace” of Metropoliton Hilarion, which dates from 1037-1050 years and ‘Tale of Bygone Years” created by the Monk Nestor in 1113.
The open lesson was conducted in accordance with the modern requirements of pedagogy and methods of teaching. The lecture undoubtedly contributed to the improvement of independent and creative thinking of students.
