In November, 2016 in Taldykorgan city there was held a tournament on togyzkumalak among girls, which was organized by the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan. At this tournament, the student of the group Phi-16-10k3, Philological faculty of the south Kazakhstan state university Zhanna Oralbay won the 3rd place. The rector Zh.U.Myrhalykov and vice-rector K.S.Baybolov expressed gratitude for the fact that she glorified the University.
